Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee lifecycle management. This role requires a highly organized professional who can build relationships across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Partner with leadership on recruiting, workforce planning, and employee development efforts.
  • Support payroll processes, HR reporting, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
